St. Andrew's Foundation Dinner
Our big fund raising event has been on hiatus since the Pandemic. But we will again enjoy a delicious and fun evening in support of the many ministries we help. The evening will include a fabulous Italian dinner, and a silent auction with many great items from local businesses, tickets to upcoming events, baskets of wonderful items donated by individuals. This year’s beneficiary is the Youth Mission Fund, which helps send our youth to mission work events. Mexico Missions Trip Interest Meeting
In February 2026 (12th-16th), we'll be heading to Ensenada, Mexico for our fifth year in a row to build houses with Yugo Ministries! We are having a quick interest meeting after church from 11:30 am - 12 pm in the Sanctuary. If you want to learn more about the trip, please join us!

FAM Hunger Walk - Join Our Team!
Join our walking team in FAM's 38th Annual Hunger Walk! This event is a crucial part of FAM’s mission to combat and prevent hunger in our community, and we need your support to make it a success. Every step you take and every dollar you donate will bring us closer to a community where no one goes hungry. Last year FAM served over 2.3 million
pounds of food to families in South OC. The demand for food has increased by 26% in 2024 compared to 2023. Even though you may not always see hunger—it exists in our backyard.

Trunk Or Treat
All families are invited to join us for a Trunk-or-Treat celebration immediately following church! We are looking for people to donate candy and to decorate their trunks (email emily.sabts@gmail.com if interested). Bring a bag to collect your candy and treats.

Memorial Garden Open House
“For all the saints, who from their labors rest…”
These opening words of the great All Saints hymn remind us of those who shaped and influenced our lives and now rest in the Lord. We all have those saints, and we carry them in our hearts and souls as we go forth to live each day. But it is also fitting to pause and remember, reflect, and appreciate, the gifts they left us with in these days.
All are invited to our annual celebration on Sunday, November 2nd, to gather in the Memorial Garden after the close of worship to remember those who have been added in the last year and all who passed in earlier years. We will have cookies and refreshments and share a brief service of remembrance. You are welcome to browse the memorial walls and remember the people who shaped your life and give prayerful thanks.
Members of the St. Andrew’s Foundation Board will be present should you have any questions about you own after life care.

Mexico Mission Trip 2026

On February 12th, 2026, we're heading to Ensenada, Mexico, for our fourth Mexico Mission Trip, and we want YOU to be part of our team!
Together, we’ll build homes for families in need, delivering not just shelter but also the hope and love of God. This experience is transformative—impacting both the families we serve and each of us on the team.
At St. Andrew's, we strive to connect, grow, and serve, and this mission trip is a fantastic opportunity to do just that. We can’t wait to embark on this journey together!

FAM Food Collection
Each month we collect food and items for Family Assistance Ministries. This month, we’ll be collecting disinfectant cleaning wipes, peanut butter, jelly, pasta and sauces, also individually wrapped snacks like beef jerky, etc. for Family Assistance Ministries. Please bring your donations to church on Sunday, Sept 7th and drop them in the lobby. Thank you for giving!

MMM (Men's Ministry Meet-Up)
Join our first MMM event (Men’s Ministry Meet-Up!) at Docent Brewing in San Juan Capistrano. We've reserved the loft, which includes a shuffleboard and a TV. Food, brews, and non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase. Drop in any time during this informal meetup; from 5:30 – 6:30 we will have some guided conversation starters to help us get to know one another better.

Men's Ministry Meeting
Whether you're into football, fine arts, fishing, fixing things, or just figuring out life—we believe every man has something valuable to offer and needs brothers walking alongside him.
We are exploring a new men’s ministry at St. Andrew’s where men of all ages & backgrounds can serve our community, enjoy real fellowship, engage in meaningful study, and support each other through life's challenges and victories.
Join us in the sanctuary after church on July 20 for a quick meeting to explore what community might look like for the men in our church and beyond.
Vacation Bible School: True North
VBS is our favorite week of the year! Sign your elementary aged kids up for a week of fun as we embark together on the ultimate Alaskan adventure where northern lights glow over majestic mountains, racing rivers, and glistening glaciers. As we trek the tundra, we’ll explore how easy it is to lose sight of what’s true in our wild world today. Pointing them toward Jesus, True North VBS shows them that he is a faithful friend we can always trust. Jesus is our True North.
Registration is open for volunteers and students now! Cost is $75 per student.
Graduation Sunday
We will honor our graduates on May 18th in service. If you have a graduate in your household or family, let us know using the button below, and we will celebrate together! This may be a graduate from college or high school, graduate school or middle school, even elementary school. What a delight to celebrate these achievements together.
Rise Against Hunger Food Packing
St. Andrew's will host our fourth annual Rise Against Hunger food packing event on May 4th after worship. We'll have a light lunch and then move to the Fellowship Hall to begin packing up 16,000 meals. All ages and abilities are welcome to participate!

"What Is The Bible?" Class
This introductory class called "What is the Bible?" by Ann Robertson is open to all. We will meet on Wednesdays at 6:30pm starting on Ash Wednesday, March 5 and running for 6 weeks, ending on April 9 (no class on March 26). Join us as we dig into this ancient text that has relevance for us today.
All-Church Potluck
Get ready to party! Our next churchwide potluck will take place on March 16th at 5pm. It's a great opportunity to live out our mission of CONNECTing by getting to know other St. Andrew's families and enjoying some delicious food! We’re celebrating St. Patrick’s Day, and there will be some corned beef and cabbage provided by the Connect Team. We will also need plenty of other dishes to share so sign up to bring a family favorite or something new.
Explorer's Club
As we humans peer at the stars at night, there are vast amounts of seemingly “empty” space, with enormous distances between stars in our galaxy, the Milky Way. The universe seems to be almost all “empty” space. But that is not how God made the universe! There is much to learn in this seemingly empty space which isn't really empty at all.
Join the Explorer's Club on March 15 at 9am as we learn more about what is happening in these seemingly empty spaces. Light refreshments and coffee provided.

Ash Wednesday
Ash Wednesday is the beginning of the liturgical season of Lent. The sanctuary will be open from 7 am - 1 pm for a self-guided Ash Wednesday experience. You are welcome to stop by any time to participate in that experience or to have a few moments of prayer in the Sanctuary when it works for your schedule during those hours.
Then from 12 - 1 pm we will be offering “Drive Through” Imposition of Ashes in the parking lot.
