St. Andrew's is a gathering of God's people with open hearts, open minds, and open doors. We are a community of believers, doubters, and seekers of all ages, from many places. We are socially, politically, and theologically diverse, yet we are all one in the body of Christ. Our faith is deeply rooted in the Methodist tradition of personal transformation and social justice. We are 21st century followers of the way of Jesus Christ: loving God, loving neighbors, and offering compassion to a world in need.need.

Join us for our december sermon series:

It's been called the greatest story ever told. And it all starts with the Christmas story about God coming into the world through the soft cries of a newborn baby named Jesus. From that moment on, the story has been told and retold more times than we can count. And, what's more, the central message of God's love and grace has been woven into other holiday stories that have become a part of our lives over the years.

During December, our sermon series is called Finding Christmas in the Movies. We will examine four classic Christmas films: Miracle on 34th Street (1947), How the Grinch Stole Christmas (Animated and Live-Action), It's a Wonderful Life, and A Charlie Brown Christmas. Each week, we will see how the heart of the real Christmas story finds its way into these classic movies. You don't have to watch the film before each Sunday, but it's a great way to warm your heart this year as we prepare to welcome Jesus once again on Christmas Eve.
