The Anchored Youth of St. Andrew’s By-the-Sea is a group of middle and high school students who meet regularly, twice each week. Participants are invited to join in on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Sunday mornings during the second service, both in the Fellowship Hall.
Attendees not only enjoy each other’s company, but they have fun engaging in a wide variety of activities both on and off campus. They have the opportunity to partake in some delicious food (Wednesday dinner, Sunday snacks), while discussing things of interest in their own lives.
Members of the SABTS Anchored Youth also have the opportunity to develop a deeper walk with God through lessons including videos, readings, and group discussions. Their walk is further enhanced through participation in devotional worship.
Finally, members of the Anchored Youth take part in well-planned volunteer opportunities, both at home and outside of the local area through mission trips. The goal of their interaction is to learn to help others in need while simultaneously demonstrating their love for the Lord.
The Anchored Youth of St. Andrews is a fun, nurturing, and fulfilling group that has fun playing, learning, and working together. Any and all middle and high school students are invited to join in at any point during the year. New participants are encouraged to contact Joel Drew or simply show up and join in the fun.
