Sunday School is typically offered during both of our Sunday morning worship services for children ages three and a half through fifth grade. Children sit with their families at the beginning of the service and are invited to join in "Time for the Children" with Pastor Eric, after which they are led to their Sunday school classes. *Sunday school is currently on hold, but will resume when it is safe to do so.
Child care is typically offered for children up to three years old every Sunday from 8:45-11:45 am. *Nursery Care is currently on hold, but will resume when it is safe to do so. When in operation, our nursery is staffed by a minimum of two paid, trained childcare workers who will rock, read to, and play with children ages 0-3 years old, allowing parents time for worship. All childcare workers have cleared a background check.
St. Andrew's "Tyke Time" is a child-led play space that supports parents and the development of children ages newborn to five years of age. *Currently, Tyke Time has moved online with activities and lessons to support parents and children during our time at home. Check it out! www.tyketime.com
Andrew's Kids is our Parents' Day Out program offered every Tuesday, 9 am - 1 pm for children ages 2-5. Activities include crafts, songs, playground time. Children also build letter and sound recognition, as well as beginning math skills. "Mommy & Me" is a parent-child program for children ages 18-30 months that runs for 10 weeks beginning the week of February 24, 2020 from 9:30 - 11:30 AM. Parents and children move together between a few learning centers each morning, have circle time and enjoy a simple snack together.
