March 30 Good Friday Concert in the sanctuary
The SABTS Sanctuary Choir, along with guest soloists, organist and instrumentalists, under the direction of Yasu Ichikawa, will present a beautiful and touching service Good Friday evening. The service will feature two compelling works - Requiem by Gabriel Fauré and Stabat Mater by Joseph Rheinberger. The Requiem is a form of Latin mass that focuses on our faith in eternal rest, while Stabat Mater portrays the suffering of Mary at the time of Jesus’ crucifixion.
